Climate Change

As smart as the scientists to come to conclusion of "Global Warming" or " Climate Change". Humans are damaging the earth? But it seems they are all making one common mistake which will further the problem(s). The worst possible solution, which most people in the world agree, is to invite governments to participate and lead. Governments are the culprits of this mess in the first place. Besides, since when government programs produce the intended results? Since when politicians have the hearts and ability to solve problems?
